G-Force Venture is a Florida-based technology company that builds products designed to save people time and give businesses better insight into their customers. Founded in 2026 by Caio Greifemberg and headquartered in Winter Garden, Florida, we focus on mobile-first software that solves everyday frictions. Our flagship product, Realtime, delivers wait time information for local restaurants, retailers, healthcare providers, and service businesses through a crowdsourced community app — while giving business owners a premium subscription dashboard with analytics, comparisons, and customer feedback.

Business owners can claim their listing and unlock a subscription dashboard with live stats, hour-by-hour insights, customer reviews, and side-by-side comparisons to similar businesses nearby. PRIVACY POLICYLast updated: October 10, 2026This Privacy Policy explains how WaitWise LLC, doing business as G-Force Venture ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Realtime — Skip the Wait mobile app ("Realtime" or the "App") and our website, g-forceventure.com.INFORMATION WE COLLECTAccount information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and a password. Passwords are stored securely in encrypted (hashed) form; we never see your actual password.Location: With your permission, the App uses your device's precise location while you are using it to show businesses near you, sort them by distance, and place "Tag a Spot" pop-ups (such as food trucks) on the map. You can turn location access off at any time in your phone's settings. The App still works, but nearby features will be limited.Content you post: Ratings (stars), wait times, comments, and Tag a Spot pop-ups you create. Ratings, wait times, and comments are visible to other users of the App. Your email address is never shown to other users.Feedback, reports, and blocks: Messages you send through "Send Feedback," content you report, and users you block.We do not collect your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, health data, or payment information through the App. The App has no ads and does not use advertising IDs or third-party analytics or tracking.HOW WE USE INFORMATIONWe use the information above only to:create and secure your account and let you sign in;
show nearby businesses and real-time wait times;
display community ratings, comments, and pop-ups;

OpenStreetMap (Overpass API): to find nearby places, the App sends your approximate map coordinates (not your name or email).
Apple Maps / Google Maps: map display and directions on your device, under Apple's and Google's own privacy policies.We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users and others.DATA RETENTION AND DELETIONWe keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time:In the App: Profile > Delete account. Your account is deleted immediately.

We will delete it within 30 days.Deleting your account permanently removes your email address, password, ratings, comments, Tag a Spot pop-ups, block list, and reports you submitted.
